- What are the Hospital hours?
Our hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. On Wednesday and Fridays we are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays we are open from 8:30 am until noon. The hospital is closed on Sunday.
- Do I need to have an appointment?
Yes, patients are seen by appointment. Please call us at (630) 893-4330 to set up your appointment.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit
- Can I make payments?
No, we do not offer any payment plans. Payment in full is required at the time of service.
- What time are anesthetic procedures performed?
Anesthetic procedures are performed Monday through Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12-4 pm. Wednesday and Friday from 9am-12 noon.
- Do you board pets?
No, we do not offer any boarding. We are capable of hospitalizing patients based on a doctor’s approval but since we are not a 24 hour facility, most critical cases are referred to a 24 hour hospital facility based on the patient’s needs.
